I bought a 170 litre single door "Godrej" refrigerator on 16.4.2009 from "RHYTHM HOUSE" Atta Market, Noida (U.P) and it is not cooling since 29.05.2010.
Regarding this problem I lodged a complaint in godrej customer services on 30.05.2010 but I haven't got any service from their side till date although they ensure service providing in 24 hours. No technician ever visited. I have called them so many times. Every time they ensure the technician will soon serve me but I haven't got any response till now.
I warned them twice if they don't take my problem seriously I'll lodge complaint against them in consumer court but they took it forgranted and m still in wait of a technician. Please help me
