Please suggest me the fallowing regards

My father engaged in agriculture. 6 years back Godrej Oil Palm Ltd
sold palm oil plants (No.s 550) by says that each acre will yield 15
tones of oil seeds from 3rd year on words . 6 months back they issued
failure report saying that remove the entire plantation and they
agreed for compensation for that they required us to give cost
statement.

We have submitted the Cost of Buying and Growing Plants per Acre which
comes to Rs.4,80,000/-

They are Not responding for this.

In addition to the above Our Opportunity Cost of 6 years Comes to Rs.
6,00,000/- per Acre.

Please suggest me the what action i have to take against the Godrej Oil Palm Ltd
