Dear Sir / Mam,

Today I have called up to your Matoshri Gas Agency which is one your agency located in Kalyan east & I am one of your customer Mr. Pritam Manohar cust. a/c no. 43578

I have called up to register one cilender also i have told that lady this is an emergency requirement but she told me that the same will be reached at your end after four days also I hav told her that madam I am appling after two to three month not on every month then also why you are taking this much time

Earlier also I had already complaint against this agency but after that they gave nice service but now the problem raising again

This agency is giving very pathetic service you need to take some action coz they are very rude and irresponsible

So I hereby requseting you to take some action otherwise I have to go to some higher authority to get this servise smoother
