I had sent rakhis by Blazeflash courier which was booked on 19/08/2010 from Gurgaon to Lucknow. It has not been delivered yet i.e on 23/08/2010. If I'm tracking the same online (consignment no. 201869556), on their site, its showing that the same is out for delivery on 20/08/2010. I tried to contact them on several numbers which were mentioned on their site. the numbers are as follows:

1. 0522-6569091 - Blaze flash office - Hazratganj, lucknow
2. 0522-6569092 - Blaze flash office - hazratganj, lucknow
3. 0522-6569098 - Blaze flash office - hazratganj, Lucknow
4. 9389857177 - Mr A.K Srivastava Chief Manager, office hazratganj, lucknow
5. 9839070738 - Mr pradeep Tiwari Branch Manager, office hazratganj, Lucknow
But no body responded or even picked up the phone.
I sent a mail to the CMD of the company Mr. S.D. Aggarwal at sdaggarwal@blazeflash.com and director of the company Mr. Sachin Aggarwal at sachinaggarwal@blazeflash.com and aquainted them for the same and requested them to interfere in the matter so that the courier gets delivered on time. But these things were of no use.. this is pure harrasment by the company - blazeflash couriers. The consignment contains rakhi and rakhi is on 25/08/2010 and if the courier doesn't reach on time, it'll be a pure hurt to our sentiments which is expected now according to us.
They are pure unproffessional guys who don't care for the service they should provide to the customers and harrass the customers to their most...
Pl sue them and close the company whose work is purely to harrass the customers and not to give them any kind of service..
