    Everyone faces some problem or the other regarding a new product they have brought or a service which they have brought. But its not always the case that the products we purchase with our money are to standard or live to their expectations or even to what has been promised by the seller. Generally after something has been brought be it products or services it can not be returned and shop owners or companies are not happy to replace them so when this happens you can visit a consumer court near you.     Default IPL tickets not reimbursed

    Hello,
    we had bought IPL tickets online through the ticketgenie web site and we never got the tickets, They said that there was some database error. They said that they would refund and they have not done it so far. We went to their office located in Ramanamaharshee road and they said that it will be done in a week. We kep on following and it has been 4 months and we have not got the amout yet. We used our canara bank debit card to buy the tickets online and we also got in touch with them regardin this and even they declined any help. Hence we would need your on this to proceess it. Please let me know if you need any kind of information and we will be more than glad to provide you the same

    I had booked a flight ticket from makemytrip .
    Customer did not cancel the ticket but makemytrip has cancelled and refunded the ticket .

    Please tell me how do I lodge a complaint?

    Default reimbursement of medical bill

    my daughter has admitted to hospital on 19th of june to 24th 2010. we havw given all our medical bills to TTK for reimbursement but we did not get our money. they told us that, you did mediclaim through Citibank we are not responsible. they also told that cheque has delivered but nobody received in my home. we are asking who received and where but they are not responding us. our mediclaim is in Chennai branch we tried to call them 100 times nobody pick the phone. we taught of going consumer court. our medical bill amount 30,000Rs. what are the procedure to fallow please help me out.

    sir/madam,
    i am the customer of sony ericsson hand set, i am using it for last 1 year i purchased that set on 25-sep-09
    and within 1 year it has been serviced for about 6 time but still the problem is not solved,so i have given the request to change my handset but they are avoiding me with giving some non sensens answer,but i am not getting any solutin from them, so can u guid me how to clame the complent in the court on them plz......my contect no:9986744326,

    I had purchased a Television, Sansui 22 inches few weeks before in Kundan Enterprises near Magadi Road Prasanna Theatre, On TV Box it is written that the package is with wall mounting kit, But the supplier is asking extra amount (Rs. 650/-) for the same.

    Angry KSRTC Online booking refund

    This is regarding Online Booking section of KSRTC.

    It has been almost 2 weeks since I have mailed regarding the Refund of Online money transaction for failed ticketting. Although, there was a positive response immediately after that, NOTHING has been done towards the refund of the money. It was shocking to see that Karnataka State run KSRTC does nothing towards such major issues like online money transfer. There was a rude response all the time I called the helpline no. 080-22221321. They just inform us to call later and abruptly disconnect the conversation.At the same time, they fear to disclose their names fearing complaints being lodged against them. I have called the above number more than 4 times today, and the behaviour of the female personnel receiving calls at extn 283 (for Online transactions related to credit cards) is extremely nasty. Disgusting is too less a word to describe the behaviour of such so-called Govt employees. Is there no one who monitors such complaints?
    I happened to see a lot of angry commuters having the same concern (KSRTC Complaints - online booking refund) and it looks like the KSRTC has given a deaf ear to these concerns (Im not sure if KSTRC personnel even bother to look at these). When the deduction of money is promptly done during transactions, the similar dedication is expected for refund during failed transaction too, right? Also, there is no email ID details provided about the person/dept which needs to be approached if such complaints are not catered to.

    The online booking was done at K S R T C. on 18/09/2010 for Journey from Bengaluru to Chennai (21.15hrs). OB reference number given is OB2609710. Please guide me as to how to go about this issue. It was a bulk ticketting done and hence the amount to be refunded is also not less.

    Default ordered but not supplied by merchant Gift 360.in

    I had placed an ordered one Philips 5:1Channel Home Theater on 3.9.2010,to a merchant called Gift 360 at Bangalore,(Address:2/1,Langford Road,Bangalore,Tel No.0802289660) which they have not yet delivered.As per their written commitment they are supposed to deliver within next 14 working days.Despite of several communication over telephone neither they have entertained me nor have deliver.Now I want to cancel it because the function for whom I want to present are all over.

    One day in a fine morning I got one broacher with my ICICI card monthly statement,& I thought Icici bank might be offering all these during puja time at kolkata & contact to ICICI customer care.I come to konw the above mentioned no to contact & order.Gift 360.in have charged/debit my account without delivering the materials.
    They have already started debiting my account through my card account.

    I have lodge a complaint to ICICI bank(Ref request no.SR 153638557) & Gift360.in(Ref order no.109142) to stop the payment,& cancel the order.
    Pls judge the same.

    Default Complaint of Coustomer Service, Vediocon

    Hi,

    I had a problem in my refrigerator which i had purchased from Pai showroom indiranagar. Due to the refrigerator problem i had raised the complaint to the coustomer care of Vediocon on 3rd October 2010 and no one turned up till 8th October 2010, inspite of following up with the coustomer care, Service center, no one turned up for resolving the Query. The service center name is Tandra World.
    I even called up Mr Harish who is a manager 9742221514, when i asked him why delay.... he was very harsh to me on words, even i became harsh as they really dont know what is the meaning of coustomer service, and he said he will noty send the service engineer,.

    Default Big bazzar

    Hi,

    I had booked the TV and Washing machine in BigBAzar, Old madras road, on 27th September 2010, made the half payment telling after delivery i will do the payment. The same weeked i get a call from bigbazar on 2nd October 2010 telling that i have to make the payment on the same day as the item will get delivered by 24 hours.
    Even after 24 hours my items were not been delivered, then i gave a remindfer call to bigbazar on it and tey took a commitment by eod it will get delivered. In between i get a call from Big Bazar from Syed from Electronincs dept, afternoon telling that the itemes will not get delivered as its going to come from Nelamangala. I really got worride will the items will be delivered or not. Due to this tey offered me some compensation.
    on 27th September i had given my Old house address GM palya, and on 2nd payment i gave my updated Mobile number and address which was been updated in the sytem. the same was been given on the bill provided by Big Bazar.
    Again after 24 hours it was not been delivered. I had to madly follow up with the big bazar, nelamangala landline office, finaly with the manager and the delivery guys.

    The service is very boor from Bigbazar, they just take money from us and do not delivery at time, they dont even give updated details to the delivery guys.
    Please take up this issue.

    Default OnDot Couriers - Not delivering

    I am writing to complain around the delivery of OnDot Courier. A docket # 263249405 started from Chandigarh on Sep 29 and has never reached me, the online tracking is showing reaching Madiwala office on Oct 01, 2010 with no update since then. I have been reaching their local office at 080-25353542 with no help. Everytime they will put me on hold, come back after 5-8 min note down my name, address (do not know why), number with a promise that they will revert back in 2 min and never call back. I also submit an online grievance at Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. , the only think i thought i can use to escalate but no body even bothered to reply on that. I am loosing hope to receive this important docket of mine. See if you can help.

    Default bad and delayed service of sonyericsson

    I vinay kumar purchased "sony ericsson j105" on feb 27 2010, rom the mobile store gandhi bazar, bangalore. After a month of purchase i noticed that my phone didn't switch on, so i gave it to sony ericsson service center and the problem was rectified. again the next month same problem appeared. so again i gave it to the same service center and they asked for mother board replacement, and they "returned it after a month".After 2 days the same problem appeared. and again asked for mother board replacement and kept it for one month. Now again the same problem after a day.Please help me out regarding this inconvenience. please take necessary actions on the sony Ericsson ltd. And help out with the mobile replacement.

    Smile KSRTC has refunded my money!!

    Dear All,

    This is in connection to the complaint registered regarding KSRTC not refunding the money when there is a money transaction even without the ticket being booked (as the Ticket booking time exceeded the stioulated 7mins).

    I had to repeatedly call the Helpline but nobody gave clear information about the refund. Infact, the person receiving the calls was extremely rude.

    But after many calls and emails, the cash was finally creditted onto the creditcard almost 3 weeks after the incident. I guess KSRTC does all the accounting finalisation during the end of every month. But had this information conveyed to us, we wouldnt have thought of approaching consumer court for justice!

    Default HSBC credit card cancellation

    Hi,

    I would like to cancel my credit card and tried to contact cutomer care. i am giving all my details to cancel the card. But I forgot which address I gave to them as I changed 4 - 5 addresses. They are refusing to cancel my credit card subscription. I have never asked for Medical Insurance. They are charging me 250/ month for insurance which i have never asked for.     Angry worst service by sundirect DTH

    Hi,
    I hade taken a Sundirect DTH service on Feb 2010 for the subscription of one year, first three months it was running good and after that the service given by them got poor like the channels stopped working for 15 days,and service of radio channels along with the connection stopped till today and now they are frustrating us to send the technician for alignment of dish connection even after so many requests. so kindly any one suggest me to how to take the further legal action against the Sun Direct comapny for the poor service.

    Default Complaint regarding Racold Solare Omega product and Racold Authorised Distributor

    This is a formal complaint against the product and installation of Racold Omega Solar Water Heater. It was installed in my home premises in early September 2010. The installation, plumbing and all related works were to be completed within 4 working days. Today, as of Oct 31 2010 – I am still looking at a shoddily hung system that does not work!

    The system was sold to me by an authorized distributor – Care-U Power Solutions, Bangalore 68. The person I was interacting with is Chetan – who is the owner and operator of this dealership. My order number with the company is #323 and was placed on September 5 2010.

    Regarding the product, this is the second piece that has been installed at my home – and it is still not performing adequately:
    1. The water does not heat adequately and I have seen maximum temps of 41-45 degrees for the all days that we have observed it.
    2. Overnight, there is a 10 – 12 degree drop in temperature of the system.
    This makes the system totally unusable for our use. I don’t know if this is a factor of a faulty product or bad installation). But I need your experts to come and look into this for me – and stand behind your product – which has cost me in excess of Rs 75000!!!

    Secondly, and equally importantly – I have a serious complaint against your authorized distributor – Chetan from Care-U Power Solutions. The person is completely unreliable, unprofessional, de-focused and terrible representative for a company of your caliber – which is India’s largest manufacturer and seller of water heaters. For 2 months now, this person has strung me along with a variety of excuses and situations. He has caused damage to my home in form of a deformed roof, water leakage, seeping walls and roof, damaged roof tiles, shoddy plumbing with various holes and damage in my bathroom walls – apart from wasted time, effort and energy on our part. Some pictures of the sad condition of my home – left in total disarray by this unprofessional company - are also attached.

    So much so, that he brought a Racold representative to my home, did not provide him with any adequate safety equipment and safety instructions, and encouraged him to climb to the roof – causing him to be a victim of an accident in my home. The Racold representative, Sidharth – has suffered head concussion and had to be hospitalized and out of commission for several weeks following the meaningless accident caused by sheer negligence on the part of the distributor. My entire family was impacted by this accident and we spent the entire day dealing with hospitals and doctors to ensure Sidharth’s safety.

    At this point, I am stranded with a 250 liter Omega water heater system that is not performing adequately, a torn up roof top, walls in need of water proofing in 2 parts of my home, a shoddy and incomplete plumbing job – apart from the pain of dealing with an unresponsive and irresponsible vendor. He has expressed no concern for my situation and has taken my money (paid to him in advance on September 5 in form of Citibank Cheque # xxx) and refused to respond.

    I want to request immediate response and redressal of my situation from Racold. Please get in touch with me at your early convenience at the contact details provided below and please advise me on the possible next steps.

    i bougth mblaze datacard(prepaid) on 5th of sept in rs 2300 and i recharged it for 999 unlimited plan for 1 month. they promised that you will get speed upto 3.1 Mbps
    after that i recharged it again for 595 night plan but now i am getting pathetic speed (1x mode) max speed upto 200kbps.
    i have registered a complaint also both via email and phone but they are unable to solve the issue and not responding.
    the customer care is also pathetic and service is not upto the mark.

    Default Lpg gas connection transfer issues

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am residing at bangalore. I have changed my residence from
    Tamilnadu State to Karnataka State . My residence place falls under
    the Bharat Gas distributor of Frazer town, Bangalore.

    I have approached the Frazer town, bangalore LPG Gas agency and
    submitted all my transferred documents from Tamilnadu State. But they
    refused to take my papers and told me that they can accept my transfer
    application if i buy a pressure cooker from them. I have explained
    them that i have pressure cooker in my house and not willing to buy
    one more from them. But they didn't heed my request and returned back
    all my transfer papers.

    Kindly guide me to take action against this LPG Gas Distributor of
    Bharat Gas, Frazer Town, Bangalore

    Default Lost shipment by DHL India

    I had sent an iphone using DHL India under waybill no 5655155100 from Bangalore to Philladelphia . The worth of the product is $500.In transit the company reports back to me saying they are not able to trace the shipment and that its lost. The company is offering me $100 as compensation. Kindly advice me as to what i can do to recover the loss.

    i have been facing a prolonged problem with red bus services. I tried booking tickets and got a confirmation message and money was charged but did not receive the tickets. after a week long argument they booked my tickets in some other bus with the wrong date of journey. and now they are not refunding even 1 penny. The bus i was booked in charged 30% cancellation charges and for the rest of the amount we got a coupon which can be redeemed with next bookin through red bus.
    What should be done.

    Question Dish TV Cheating Customers

    I have transferred Rs.4400/- on 09.10.2010 through Credit card IVR transfer using my mobile by mistake & requested them not to claim the amount as per my bank instruction, even though they have claimed the amount & requested me to transfer another Rs.400/- so that they can reverse the earlier payment and the same i have transferred immediately on 13.10.2010.

    then they have provided me the complaint reference no. as 46927525, after two week i have received a message in my mobile saying the complaint has been resolved, but the amount is not been credited to my account. after complaining the same again they have provided me on complaint reference no.49731834 without resolving the earlier complaint

    after 13.10.2010 i have sent more than 40 mails requesting for the reversal & the details of reversal and also called custmer care several time but in vain

    Default Need to register a case, please help

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Request you to help me register a consumer case against Yatra.com. I cancelled a part of the my travel ticket with them in September and on 17th September i got a mail from them that i will get a refund of Rs. 4606 within 3-4 working days. After several calls and chase up i get a refund of Rs. 3826 on 12th November. When i asked them why they deducted more Rs 780 they are not responding to me. They are not even talking to me properly. I was on various occasions promised to get a full refund but there has been nothing in action.

    Please help me out as i want to make the realize that not everyone will keep their mouth shut for the injustice happening.
