    Chandigarh is a fairly large covered area, and like other parts in India people living their also face problems with their newly brought products and services. The first try is normally to go back to the shop owner or company to ask for replacements or repairs, but when this does not happen other steps are taken. And this step is going to the consumer court, so for those who live in Chandigarh and have been unsuccessful in getting the rights for the products or services they brought can visit their nearest consumer court in Chandigarh.

    Hi Religare People ,

    I am small and new investor (client Id Ak14408) working in Software company in Pune. I started trading in 2009 from telecom trading from one of the branch of religare in Aundh Pune.

    I have invested all my hard-earned money in the trading account as I was new to share trading system So I faced a lot of losses and I beared and stopped trading in intra-day or short selling.

    But yesterday ( 7th of May) I faced a issue when I lost all my portfolio share money without any notification or alert.

    I bought a lott(3576 quantity) of RNRL in futures for safe trading (not Intraday) in the morning costing around 70rs per share. I was being informed from branch manager once that its (RNRL) going down so transfer some funds (20 thousand) to make sure of Margin money to hold futures till 27 may and I immediately transferred 20 thousand to Religare securities ( attaching the mail for proof) and branch manager assured me that he informed the RMC about the same to hold futures lott even I have following portfolio in my account and could transfer more funds if I was being INFORMED to hold that futures lot and to save huge loss .

    Bharti Airtel -- 90 Shares
    IndiaBulls Real Estate -- 50 shares
    Cranes Software -- 125 shares
    Venky India -- 11 shares
    Filatex Fashions -- 700 shares.

    But When I got the confirmation call from Religare branch and I was shocked to hear that all my portfolio shares adding 20000 being sold and that lott of Future shares of RNRL also being sold off at lowest prices by RMC without any alert/confirmation call/confirmation mail.

    I called the Branch Manager Avinash Singh and asked about the same and he even did not about the same and then he checked and confirmed me that the company’s RMC end has problem that it did not pop any alert in ODIN software and did not get any mail from RMC.

    Issue : Selling of all shares and futures lott without any alert as I had sufficient margin to hold .. (confirmed from Branch Manager)

    So I want to request you to please highlight this matter on the social/personal grounds as I have lost ( rs 1 lac ) all my hard-earned money with which I supposed to support my family as recently I lost my father.

    Avinash (branch Manager) supported me on my comments that from my end there is no mistake of insufficient funds at the time of selling by RMC.

    I Purchased Samsung LDC 32" from Meharsons electronic Pvt. Ltd sector 22 chandigarh. and he promised to install Free Airtel DTH with Samsung LCD, it is written on bill also, it is some scheme of Samsung, but I haven’t received any DTH connection till now.

    Samsung Dealers – Meharsons electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Satwinder Singh)
    Samsung employees – Mr Bhagat (Area Manager) and his senior Mr Sanjay Bhatt (Sales Manager),
    Nobody is interested to help me out, Mr Sanjay wants me to come through Consumer Court.

    I am harassed like anything, I am wating for Airtel DTH since last one month.

    Pl find the below details of all conversation and mails forwarded to Samsang, but no solution till now.

I would like to share my complete experience with Samsung. With LDC 32” C Satwinder Singh (dealer) had promised to give 2 additional stands of LCD, Airtel connection, one watch, cash back offer and one Grand special lucky scratch card scheme of Samsung, where there would be assured prize of Microwave or Home Theater or DVD etc. (Samsung products).

    While offering me such schemes, on phone Satwinder Singh (Samsung dealer) talked to his senior (employee of Samsung), and requested him to offer me that Grand special scratch card scheme, he said “sir as I have 3 voucher in my quota but Lucky draw scheme with LCD is over now, can I pl offer that scheme to the customer sitting in front of me” and want to purchase LCD 32’’. Then he gave my mobile number to that person (Samsung employee)….. Grand special lucky draw..J…… it was all fake… It was a fake call, later I got to know there was no scheme of any Samsung product, that scheme was made by dealer only, and Mr Bhagat (employee of Samsung Area manger) told me that he is not a Samsung employee, he is dealer and it was his own scheme. Ok agreed but he is representing your product, what ever the commitment I am getting from his side, for me or any other user it would be made by Samsung only. Now you people can not run with this futile excuse that he is not from Samsung,

    I talk to Mr Bhagat also, he empathized, but not interested in taking any action against Meharsons electronics Pvt. Ltd, I didn’t get my Airtel connection till now ( I purchased Samsung LCD on 25/8/10, later I got to know that, scheme of Airtel connection is with some other LDC, not with 32” LCD. As Mr Bhagat is also aware about such wrong commitment, he suggested me to cancel the order from Meharsons electronics Pvt. He is man with full of wrong commitments and I believe Samsung people are also not interested for customer service, your motive is to just sell the product with lot of wrong commitments and fake promises, there are lot of option in market now I decided to never connect with Samsung product and I will share my bad experience with people and suggest them not to purchase any product of Samsung, I will defiantly put this worst experience on social sites, people should be aware about the things going on in market.

    What Satwinder singh promised and What I Got…

    2) Cash back offer (got 50 Rs but it seems to be genuine, as on scratch card Samsung’s attractive stickers were printed). some 99% offer...
    3) I got a third class watch. (Yeheeeeee Thanks, @30 Rs/piece in 22 rari market J ).
    4) I got one stand and the another one is in box it is wall stand J. But at the time of presentation he pointed at very attractive stand.
    5) Now, Grand special lucky scratch card scheme of Samsung- It was a scratch card with plain white paper. No sticker of Samsung and I got one Silver coin yehhhhh J fake Meharsons.

    Any How, now take it very seriously and if I will not get any response from your side, I will take it to consumer court.

    I didn’t received my Airtel connection, which was free with LCD and it is written on Invoice also, and I purchased LCD on 25/8/10. It’s almost 13 days, What a poor service of Samsung. wating for revert.

    I am also working in corporate sector, and very well aware about working environment, but I am very sorry to say, for me Samsung is on bottom line, for their services and commitment, and never suggest anybody to purchase Samsung product, your employees are also not interested to solve the problem, your motive is only sell the product with fake commitments, after that nobody is responsible, for what happened.

    Default Defect in "Structure" of Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-i bike.

    Sir,
    I Akhil Mahajan from Chandigarh, bought Pulsar 220 DTS-i this January. The bike has CHASSIS problem, which is slightly bent from back side. I have presented my bike for numerous time at Chandigarh Hind Motors Bajaj center "Plot No. 815 Industrial Area, Phase 2 Chandigarh, 160061 - 0172 2604576" but they are not ready to accept the problem in the bike.

    I even showed them the other bikes which were perfect and asked them to compare with the one I have, but they avoided the fact and asked me to leave. I even showed them some other bikes which had the same problem, but they are not admitting the manufacturing error.
    Sir I have tried over 5-6 times to make sure they check out the problem in the Bike, but they don't seem to Care about the Customer's Problem.
    I asked them to kindly help me Contact the high official of the center so that I could get some remedy against this, but they don't even help me with this also.

    this is not only my problem but their are many Customers who have same problem and who were disappointed by the fact which the bajaj dealers did not admit.

    Sir I hope you will look into the grievances and help us get the remedy against the loss.

    This is the worst experience, this company has made me REGRET the fact that I'm a Pulsar User.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased the computer hardware parts & assembled, installation the computer from Zip Info Systems, SCO-94-95, Ground Floor, Sector-34 A, Chandigarh - 160022 on dated 11-10-2010. I have a copy of hand written bill on his shop's letter-pad with item's description/details, date, amount & owner signature.


    1) He installed the low cost, faulty motherboard in the system Model Number - ASUS M4A78LT-M LE. When I asked him to replace the new faulty motherboard. He denied to replace the motherboard and asked it will be repaired by the service centre. But I told him I purchased a new motherboard, you should replace it. But he didn't listen to me. After that I went to service centre & requested to replace the new faulty motherboard. At last a number of requests I got replaced the motherboard from the asus service centre.

    2) The shop owner cheated me by taking the excessive amount Rs. 800/-. He fraudently given me a low cost motherboard which cost is Rs. 2850/- and charged Rs. 3650/- for the higher model number. When I came to know same motherboard price from his nearby shops. They told me that I have paid the amount for higher model & shop keeper given me a low cost motherboard. After that I informed/talked with the shop owner & asked him to refund the over charged amount Rs. 800/- or give me a higer model of motherboard for which you have taken the amount. But, he refused to refund the over charged amount & denied to replace the low cost motherboard with higher model motherboard for which I had paid the amount.

    My friend suggested me to approach the consumer court. So that I can refund back the over-paid amount Rs. 800/- or higher model motherboard for which shop owner taken the amount.

    I hope you will solve my problem asap.

    Angry Complaint against Airtel Digital TV

    Sir

    Complaint Number 4258952 on 26.10.2010

    I had made a payment of Rs.480/- through my credit card on 07.10.10 successfully which was duly debited in my account on the same date. However on 22.10.10 at 12.30 pm suddenly my digital tv connection was stopped. on enquiring, i was told that my payment was not received by them. I told the customer care that i had made a payment successfully on 7.10.10 but they didnt listen and asked me to produce a transaction id from the bank only then they will register my complaint. for tTHREE days my connection was not resumed and i was forcwed to repay to activate my airtel connection.
    i have contacted my bank and have given the transction id on which my complaint was registered and was alloted the captioned number, but even till date nothing has been done from your end.the bank says that the said payment has been successfully made to Bharti Airtel and has been debited on my account.
    Please let me know that if there is some confusion between Bharti Airtel and SBI credit cards, why should the person suffer? Please provide me compensation for :
    1. 3 days disconnection of my Airtel Digital closure of service.
    2. The stress and inconvenience i had to go through without any fault of mine.
    3. The time and money i had to spend on querying from my bank and making contacts with Airtel helpline for the same.

    Default complaint against unique assocaiates( job consultants)

    i am ASHOK SINGH. i am cheated by a job consultant " UNIQUE ASSOCIATES" SCO 2444, FIRST FLOOR, CABIN NO. 16,SEC. 22-C, CHANDIGARH.
    i registered with them on 1/02/2011 with 50 rs as security fee, as they assured me and my friend that they will fix intwerview within few days..on 3/02/2011 they called us at their office and demanded registration amount Rs. 1410 each . we submitted that fee. on same day they moved us to another place by saying ,,interview will b held at our head office AASTHA PLACEMENT SERVICES SCF 38. LEVEL II, PHASE 5, MOHALI (CHANDIGARH).they also alotted registeration no.CR478 to me.
    There NISHA MAM said we need to pay Rs. 8000(each) more for interview and appointment letter.
    we refused to pay that 8000 in advance ,,,but now neither we have placement nor our Rs.1460 returned back. now they dont even pick my phone call..
    please help me to get my money back.

    i Deepak Kumar Temporary residence of #910 sec.41 A Chandigarh &permanant Address Ratia Distt Fatehabad Haryana.puchased Split A.C of TATA VOLTAS company at 24 june 2011 from gupta electronics(mob no. 9872623174) sec.22 chandigarh.with in 5 minuted after install tha A.C it became dead.customer care complain no. 11JU2602190 & customer ID.- E0019318.my problem was sovled after one week.then again it became dead & again at 10 july i loged the complain no. 11JL1001910.this problem solve after 3 days.next day it is doing noise.agin i loged the complain no. 11jl1502935.yet one month is not complete to puchase the A.C.i got tired.i want necesary action against them your faithfuly

    my left foot no is u k 7 and the right foot no is uk 8 and i bought u k 9 no shoes then also the shoes are not comfortable to both of my legs, my both the legs pains i have made a complaint to care@adidas.com and also i also asked the onwer of sant footwalk to replace my shoes but he refused and there is no reply from the company.
