    Hi,

    I have purchase a data card from the Reliance net connect for internet on 25th october 2010. The problem I am facing that it takes hours to open a webpage and if you want to download something, you can not do it. even if i want to do something oneline I can not do it. The speed is so slow that you have to wait whole day to do something.

    I report this to call centre, they have given me some troubleshooting tools which is also no use.
    I do not want to continue with this service, and they told me in this case i will not get any refund.

    My question is what can i do in this case, as i am not satisfied with the service of internet. It seems company just interested to sell thier data card and does not care about the problem customer facing.
    and giving very blunt reply that if you want to discontiue the service, money will not be given back.

    can i get any advice in this case?

    Angry G-Fone 571 mobile complaint during warranty period

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased G-Fone 571 cellphone from BalaJi Infotech, 9, BL Mobile Plaza, Topi Bazar, Lashkar, Gwalior vide bill no. 231, dated 24-7-2010. Within three months It started giving troubles with its Keypad and TFT Screen. The authorized service Centre M/s. Printronix tried to repair the Keypad but could not Repair it fully. They also put on the demand of TFT screen for replacement to the company. They assured I approached again & again but they asked me to not to come repeatedly and assured me that they will inform me by call on reciept of the faulty spare part. But they never did so.

    On my previous call, they said - they have no further contact for servicing with G-Fone now.

    I have got a receipt of pending complaint from M/s. Printronix. Now I want my handset either to be repaired or replaced or I be REFUNDED, otherwise I will be forced to go to Consumer Forum with my above case against G-Fone India.

    Default Idea Prepaid balance deductions on VAS services, activated automatically

    Hi,

    I have got a Idea Prepaid No. and am using it from the past 4yrs.
    There was no problem in the network and balance deductions, so I keep suggesting people to get Idea always.
    From the past 10-12 days, Idea is deducting my balance for their so called daily cricket pack and GPRS packs.
    These packs have not at all been activated by me and nor do I wish to activate them as I have a wifi connection available 24x7 at my place.
    These people activated the packs on their own and started deducting my balance without my permission or request of the services. I have suffered a loss of Rs.70 in the past few days which is intolerable for me that too being a customer of a company like IDEA.
    The customer care executives talk as rudely as they can, moreover their no. 12345 is never available from my particular no. And whenever I call the phone disconnects of itself saying connection error.
    I got the complaints registered for all these problems but none of them gets solved at the end, yesterday I was told by CC executive that no VAS pack is activated on my cell and I got my cell recharged, but today morning they again started deducting balance from my phone.
    Customer Care executives suck to the core, they have no values for the customer and are always ready to fight and shout.
    I want the Idea officials to contact me and refund up my balance or I'll have to sue Idea by the Consumer court legally.

    Default Fraud by Heritage Holidays New Delhi

    On 23.05.2011 I received a call on my mobile from a lady named shelly malhotra (tele no.011-66078655)from heritage holidays new delhi. She told me about an offer of some heritage india card for shopping with discount which included free hotel booking and free airlines tickets for a large no. Of destinations in india if I make one time transaction of rs 4545 thro my sbi credit card. In addition to this she also assured me a free gift of a branded wrist watch and a pair sunglasses. Unfortunately I believed her and made a transaction of rs 4545 as per otp provided to methro my mobile . A person called me later and assured me that a welcome kit containing free gift and all the offers will be delivered within 14 days. But till date I have received no such package. I was also not told about the address or website of the so called heritage holidays. I called the telephone no. 011-66078655 provided by them repeatedly but it DID not respond at all.
    I am in no way to chase the firm if at all it exists.
    It is therefore requested to track the above group and make them pay back the amount spent by me as it is reflected in my credit card bill. If I don't pay by due date a recurring penalty will be imposed month after month.

    Default Network problem

    Dear Sir or Mam

    I m postpaid user Vodafone till last month before i m using reliance CDMA Postpaid and convert to MNP Vodafone Postpaid but unfortunately Vodafone network is to low in my residential area. & i m complained to 31st October 2011 Vodafone 198 Call center and 9th of November 2011 Vodafone Office Gwalior but till date no Action from Vodafone. What will i do HELP ME.
