Generally in this case consumers go back to their shop owner and ask for a replacement or some how retuning or exchanging the product, but this never works. Respected Sir,

I want to state that I am the consumer of PSPCL since 2006. I took connection in the name of Rajrani W/o Late Sh.Yash Paul at my shops. I fullfiled all legel requirements and requested for 24 hour service line becuase of my needs according to my business. but department provide me the connection from A P line which is for tubels to be used by farmers.further it consumption is only for two hours in a day, which is not sufficient for my work.
I approched officially to SDO,Sarna but he did'nt listen to me and suggested me to meet area JEE Jaganath ,pay him some money and get your problem solved.I did the same and he took Rs.2000 from me and advised me to buy the electricity wire by own and when I buyed he given me the connection of 24 hours line. It works in regular for next ten days but again under the impact of SDO they cuted our connection and again switch over too A P(for tubles only) line. Then i again complaint to AXN BHAGAT,Sarna ,he too suggested me to pay money to SDO and he is not ready to take any action against SDO,Sarna.
I request you to take quick action so that I can get 24hours supply, which is helpful in my smooth functioning of work.

I have filed a complaint against Onyxe Realtors for defaulting on the possession of Flat at the agreed date to me at their project Onyxe Paraiso at Zirakpur, Punjab.

The project has not been given the completion certificate by Municipal Council Zirakpur and all the occupants (about seven families staying full time in Phase-I and Phase-II) of the project presently are illegal. The flats cannot be used or registered till the Completion Certificate is received from the MC Zirakpur. Do not get carried away by the claims of the builders that the flats are ready to move-in..

We have the similar issue withe ONYXE Reators Inc. They had one property two times. One to my father in law and another to other person as well. Consumer court has moved the case to other court still pending.

I am Trishula Shetty residing in House no. 21, Green City, Near mamta Enclave, Kalka Zirakhpur highway, Zirakhpur-140603, Punjab.
On 16.04.2011 contractors appointed by Punjab State electricity board were insatalling our meters into a big box.
They installed the meters of around 12 houses in a box.
Due to improper connection there was high volatage of more than 450 volts which damaged my stabilzer (RS 5000.00).
when asked by them who will reapy the damages they said we wont do anything.
the issue was raised by the press in Dainik Bhaskar Panchkula Life of 17.04.2011 and chandigarh Tribune English of 17.04.2011.
members from electricity board registered he complaint and asured that the money will be given. The SDO of Zirakhpur Mr. Sandhu also said to Dainik Bhaskar that the complaint will be resolved.
but its been 2 weeks now and i have not got my money back.

The employees of the service center say that 1st day of month is closing day and are not bucking gas... The consumers has to return to home with disappointment. The employees even don't talk properly. their behavior is very rude. As there is no reason behind stop bucking, I hope that they should be punished for the inconvenience.

Dear Sir,

We 3 (Kuldeep Singh, Kavindernath sharma and myself) persons from
amritsar have applied for work visa for switzerland on november 2010
and paid Rs. 2 lacs each.But they never gave visa.So we opted for our
case refusal and told them to pay the money back.They gave us 3
cheques for Rs 2 Lacs each and when we presented the same in bank the
cheque has bounced the reason the bank stated us is insufficient
funds.When we are calling them(jet immigration) for that no body is
lifting the phone.We don't have any information on that please help us
in getting our money back.

I want to draw your attention a very important issue, I belong a Sialkot village Ratowal, Post office Panowal, police station Kotli Loharan, Tehsil / District, Sialkot. I am a poor and noble farmer of this village.

A police officer Mr. Muhammad Boota village Ratowal, Post Office Panowal, Tehsil / District Sialkot has blocked our street and our home drain water from some months ago. Mr. Muhammad Boota threads me and my family members that I shall make cases on them if you go to any place for compliant against me.

Sir, I and my family much upset from stopped our street and dirty drain water, who stop before our main gate. Most properly that any dangerous disease from stopped dirty water. I am a poor man and I can not treatment of any dangerous disease, just like very dangerous fever of dingywiruse and Malaria etc. If my any family member suffers in any dangers disease, it is total responsibility of Mr. Muhammad Boota police officer of this village.

Sir, the people of this mohallah were being used this street from above 50 years but Mr. Muhammad Boota Police Officer of this village illegally filled the street under his supervision and stopped dirty water and this person misuse the police department and threads me many times about this matter.

Sir, I humbly request that you can check this issue through officials at once and take the legal action against Mr. Boota police officer of this village, who decry the reputation of police department through illegal acts.

Sir, I and my family are much upset of this illegal act, it is a government servant and please take legal action as soon as possible and prevent this police officer of this village that he should not involve unnecessary activities against the poor and innocent people of this village. I shall be very thankful to resolve this complaint.
