My name is Subhrajyoti, resident of SaltLake, Kolkata, holding card account number XXXXXXXXXXXX0156
had a chat with credit recovery department to make settlement which amount to Rs. 14377. They blocked my salary account
which came to my notice on 09/08/2010.I told them right now it is not possible for me to give 14377 at one shot please took the amount in two installments
As my account is being hold by credit card department. So, I took loan from my friends and on 21/08/2010
I asked for the settlement of 14377 with one shot but by that time credit card dept took 16596 from account. Still I thought that I should let it go
and asked for the letter of settlement and closure letter against the card.
On contacting customer care executive on today, she asked me to pay an additional amount of Rs. 3330 to make the final settlement as the settlement amount RS 14377 stands null and void.
Please suggest me what to do.

Now, I want money which I have paid extra(Rs 2219) to be credited back in my account.
