Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas, book no-20596. I am staying in BBSR,Orissa. I have booked for refill of my cylinder on dated 13.05.2010 in Kleen Gas Agency, already 20days passed but there is no supply of gas to my home. When I am trying to contact on their land lines, those lines are always busy. After more than one hr try one line is coming contact but long times of ringing there is no responces from their side. When we r trying to contact directly, they r telling ok we have some scaricity of men power to supply cylinder, hence it is taking time. Tomorrow we will send ur cylinder.But they r not sending the cylinder. you tell us how can a family manage with out fuel. Some fill cylinders are sold in black in out side in Rs:700/-.
