sub: regarding the delay in distribution of laptops to all the students of 1st year

This application is being written on behalf of all the students of pgdm 1st year of IMS,Ghaziabad. We students want to bring to your kind attention that our college has charged Rs 40000. to provide laptop and they said that laptop will be provided within around 20 days but till date we have not being provided with the laptops . Our classes commenced on 19th july 2010 and our mid term is going on and we are facing lots of problems in studies as we are provided with powerpoint presentation in the form of study material.we are also not able to make our daily presentations .

whenever we go and ask the concern authority that when are we going to receive the laptops they have only one answer that it will be provided within a week of time .but they always fail to do so .and again and again they make excuses .

kinly treat this matter with utmost seriousness.
