We are the resident of Sikanderpur village in District Saharanpur . We had a connection for our field for irrigation purpose
Few days back our neighbour has shifted the distribution line to another location as per their own convenience . we had called the concerned SDO ( based in Gangoh ) and informed him . after waiting no response from him we have given written complaint in SDO Office and Executive engineer office also But for five days passed and there is no response from any body. Our purpose of this connection is totally failed . Our Field are drying and we are passing through financial as well as mental tension. we are feeling helpless.. We had meet personally to SDO and Executive engineer . But it seems that no action will be taken.

This connection is shifted ( Poles shifted with Transformer) without intimation to another consumer ( We) . Jr Engineer is not even ready to talk . His behaviour is very rude. I Think there should be procedure for dislocation of transformer and transmission line and prior approval from higher authority and intimation to consumer is needed. But nothing has been done and they have shifted it line.
when they were trying to shifted we has opposed them . but they threaten us to kill. we try to contact nearest police station but they said we should come through SDO.who is not supporting .


Now we want to ask to the concerned authorities that where we should go for this Your Staff in Gangoh office is biased from our neighbour. .

At last we request you pl enquire about this and save our right to use this connection. and save us from this mental and financial harassment .
