i bought a 4 week old puppy from vicktor boss dog kennel chandigarh . the owner at the time of delivery did not inform us that the puppy was severly anaemic from birth and had an upset stomach. within two days the small puppy had symptoms of swelling in the intestine and on checking by the vet it was found out that the puppy was anaemic as well. the puppy is dying now and we are doing everything to make him survive. plz help us get justice. this is cheating on the part of kennel owner.
