I am subrata ghosh. I am basically from westbengal. I worked in HDFC BANK Indraprasth extension East delhi for 6 months as a con tract executive.

My joining date: May 01, 2009

problem: they are not providing me my PROVIDENT FUND
Monthly deduction from my salary: 1200
for six month =7200 rs

sir I took a leave for 7 days....but due to some emergency I could not join for 21 days.
but when came for joinning they ignored me that you are absconded already.

I tried to give resignation one month befor of my leave...but not accepted.

I have trid to contact my branch manager many time for that and he ignored that you are absconded...and you did not put any 1 month notice period...so can not get back your privident fund.

In my appoinntment letter no where mention that i have to put 1 month notice period before leave my job as i was contract executive.

I am from just an another poor family of our mother india..and deprived.

If some one else make me understand...who has the exact fault ..me or my HDFC BANK.

We request you to write to EmployeeConcern@hdfcbank.com with your employee id and your date of joining, as they would best be able to look into all PF queries. We also recommend you direct all future correspondence to that email id.

AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEK , I AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
I ALREADY SUBMIT MY MY PROBLEM REGARDING MY PRIVIDEND FUND IN EmployeeConcern@hdfcbank.com , BUT THEY DIDN'T SEND ANY RESPONSE TO ME?
