Hello,

We have health insurance from TTK healthcare.

In the month of july 2009 i have claimed (Claim No.BLR-0709-CL-0004202 Emp-10078435 (AMIT SANTOSH VARMA)) and continuous following up with them for one year.

This claim was closed by saying that shortfall document is not provided but this is not correct.

I have submitted all shortfall document in month of Aug 2009 but still they have closed my claim and now they are not disbursing my claim amount.

Please help me to get my claim disbursement at the earliest.
