This is a Looks like clear SCAM, between IRCTC & IndianRailways.gov.in..

How could a page won't work in our (Indianrailway) OWN site, rather than some Private IRCTC???
and what the charges they(IRCTC) uses for Transaction, Booking/Cancelation[Per Person].. etc..etc..

Its very shame on my government who runs our Great Indian Railway...
