I am by profession diploma in chemical plant engineer and ihave been doing service insales from alst more than 12 years.

During my carer i have submitted my innovaive ideas to varios companies like,
1) Bakubhai Ambalal sarabhai Machnery,
2) Institution of engineers calcutta,
3) Relaince mobile comapny,
4) Airtel,
5) Nokia,
6)Motorola,
7)And other various rputed organisation,
8) LG and even automobile comapnies.
Almost all the mobile development nowadys you see most of the developmentive ideas are suggested by me in mobile.And even other areas like computer,
These people take the ideas ask for ideas from all over the world, they use it and they do not even thank for it, forget about royalty, rewards etc
Now they have one common arguments is your ideas are patented, now to paten idea is very costly.

You checkthere records and converastion you will find SAMEER PATELNAME EVERY WHERE.
These people ask ideas from people and then they do not give feed back, they may say it is your hardluck, but what about my ideas ownership of me .
I am sorry tosay they have very poor strategy intems of giving feedbacks on our ideas.

I can not even claim any thing from them as they may say this is just coincidence.
So how to overcome these problems,
I also heard that some of our known peope only encash my ideas, recieved money on behalf of me and open flase operativew accounts in all banks ofd india and abroad.
I hope consumer forum will take these things seriously .
