Dear Sir,

I have bought a Tata Sky alongwith Samsung TV on 15th August from Vijay Sales, Chembur. We had received a SMS on 18th August that the TATA Sky will be installed at our house on the 19th August at 11,00am, but till date it has not been installed and the WO no. is 1-7434637106. We have got in touch with Tata Sky customer care in Ghatkopar but they promised us to install on the 20th August but it was not installed and now they have informed when we called them that it will done tomorrow. I expected the being Tata Enterprise service will be received as per the WO but they have failed.
