Sir,

i went to a job consultancy on 15.06.2010, and they made me to register, with a deposite Rs.150/- and a condition forum of 50% of first salary to be deposited there and, the amount Rs.150/- is not refundable. But i strictly informed them before signing the forum that, if i will be called for the interview within fixed date only(1 week) i will be registering at their agency, and they promised me that i will be called for the interview within 1 week. But i have not received any call from the job consultancy with a positive reply. I went to the agency and told them to return the deposite, if they can not make me the mentioned placement, but they gave me a negative reply.

So, i would like to know if any thing could be done for the same.
