Dear Concern ,

My name is Sh Harnam Singh i m living in WZ -3109 IIIRD Floor Rani bagh Mahindra Park Shaku basti Delhi-110034 and My K no is 342505100065T , at this address their is 8 floors and we are using 1 junction box but 25 days before some body from your department came and due to some fault removed that junction box and taken that with themself and said that they will came tommorow to fix that, now we also filed a compliant in customer care but unable to get satisfied answer .

Kindly look into that matter on immediate basis because i think that their is lots of risk in using electricity without Junction box , please do the needfull on immediate basis .
