I am a regular subscriber to just Dial services it is observed that from past few years the contract made by just dial is proponed for example I had a contract made on 25/04/2008 which was to start from 5/05/2008 expire on 4/05/2009 but instead I received a call from their customer services stating if you renew the contract before date we can offer you a discount and the contract will be renewed from the expiry date Trusting them I renewed the contact in Feb. 2009 similarly in the month of December 2009 I was shocked to know that my contract was expired as I was out of town I asked them to renew the same on coming back it is observed that the company has taken the money from my credit card 6 months in advance as such if the contact is for 12 months how can a company executive cheat customer giving wrong information and the company of this nature can reduce the contact term of 12 months to 6 months and in spite of contacting Mr. Ajay Mohan Their MD, Team leader but nobody helped they even don't bother to pick phone and give a customer a courtesy call is this the company which claims best services and no 1 search engine not having time for their customer

I Feel services rendered to a company who is not bothered for to at least listen to customer grievances should be barred from trading and cheating customers

It is my Humble request to all NOT TO TRUST M/s. JUST DIAL as they claim to be good but have no service ethics

i had signed for the platinum scheme for my business , as per the contract i was geting the calls and messages only for 1 week and i did not recieve any sms or calls , so i call to the customer care and informed but i did not get any responce . so i canceled my contract , they told me they cannot cancel insteed they told they can freeze the contract. and i told ok... but after two months they they deducted the money from the bank , , and i have all the proof like emails and call recordings ... the excutive names are asha, fathima , deepa .....



pls public dont ever believe this company , they r making money for themself .
