I purchased a SONY ERICSSON mobile phone Model : W 350i / Black - Price = 4300/-, from Kuruvidhadam Associate Pvt. Ltd. ( Address 34/138-D, Shalom Tower NH By-pass Road, North End, VadaPPally - Kochin-24 - Authorised sony ericsson dealer ) on 28. DEC 09. via Invoice No. 13275 Item No : 50697464.
From Last two to three month the phone starts malfunctioning i.e. get switched OFF automatically and that to very frequently in a day. Due to which most of the times I am not able to receive or know the important calls for me.
For this product defect i have visited the dealer and service center in Vapi - Gujarat ( Currently I am working in ) again and again. But still no fullproof action has been taken on the above said issue, Which leads to the wastage of time and money. As i am a software engineer and working for a multinational company. Due to unavailability of the cell phone, I Lost my important opportunities.
Request you to look into matter and make arrangement to resolve the issues ( either by repairing or by replacing the handset ) immediately. I request you to consider this as voice of repeted customer and responding on above issue accordingly.
