I purchased one Microwave Over on Saturday (26th June,2010) from Madivala Total Shopping Mall,Bangalore and Shopping sales personnel confirms me that the microwave would be delivered by Sunday. Now Sunday is gone, monday , tuesday , wednesday and Thrusday is also gone. Yesterday I went to Total Mall and tried to meet Shop incharge they did not allow me to meet . They told me you will get Microwave by not this weekend by Monday ?

Question is what is this ? Did I tell them while purchasing I do not have money in my pocket , so can I give it to you tomorrow ? Did they tell me that it is my responsibility to clal people and get the delivery done ? Then ?

how long will I wait for this ? Total mall is a vey famous and Big shopping Mall in Bangalore. At the time of dleivery if they are providing this kind iof service, after delivery they won't help me ?

I want to penalize to give some lesson so that next time onwards they won't chit the customer.

I am working in Wipro Technologies in EC.I will inform all my colleagues that please don't purchase anything from this mall.
