Sir,
On 3rd May 2010, I have sent courier through Professional courier to my father in Assam(Silchar) which contain my important education documents.He informed me on 10th may 2010 that he does not received the parcel. when i gave the tracking number BLR56035600 to the destination service provider, he replied that the documents in the parcel is missing and he received only the courier invoice.
when he hadn't got parcel after 10days , i contacted Professional courier office on tel. no.080-22230457 and lodged a complaint (Complain no-12709) against the same , they informed me that he will get my parcel today (i e.on 12th may). simultaneously i had send them an email on their complaint box.
But no response.
Again i had told them on 15th about the parcel, again they note down my address, but no response.
same happens on next day..no response
again i had call them to day....no proper response
I'm getting fed up and filing a complaint against the Professional courier.
Please take a strong action against that Courier co. Professional courier
