I booked a vergo sofa set in the combination of 3+2+1 on 16th Aug 2010 form their retail outlet at HILAND PARK, Metropoils Mall showroom. It was deliverd to me on 22nd Aug.(sunday). Within four days sofa borke from the middle. The leg of the 3 seater sofa went inside.The material on which it was made broke form the middle. On calling the Showroom the next day ,they took the complain and said will get back. But they did'nt. Taking their service center no. form website we complained and the co. sent the tecnician within 1 hour. on enquery they said it might happen ,we need to check. Though they assured of replacement of the one broken by 1st sept (wednesday) . Next time i would think twice to buy from Modfurn Furniture (JALAN AND SONS)
