i took broadband connection on. 02/8/2010. while taking the connection i was promised to get it connected within 2-3 days.after one week i again asked regarding the delay for laying the connection...this time i was assured..it will be done in exact 3 days...after 6 days i asked for the reason behind the delay..again the same answer...with that i asked for the refund of my money...also no bill was given to me for router...
from that day onwards none of the customer personnel answered my call..

this two customer executive are not even picking up my phone..so disgusting and irrelevant..i feel like cheated...
i request Airtel to take strict action against these executives and refund my money back as soon as possible...from a brand name like Airtel such services are never expected...please see into the matter..
