Dear Sir/Mam

I have purchase a Nokia 6700 mobile on 29th jan 2010. of Rs13000
with one year warranty. with in one month my mobile features stop working(camera,Bluetooth)
then they replace in 20 days. after one month the replaced model also stopped working.Then
they took 20 days to replace the battery and again took 20 days to replace the mobile.but now again
I am facing problem with the mobile. please do the needful.I am so much harassed by the customer care
in jammu. please take necessary steps
