It is more than one month since I presented my cheque for annual subscription of Hindustan Times (Form No: 901215).
I have handed over a cheque for Rs 249 (Cheque no 585277 drawn on SBI, Goregaon East dated 22/07/2010) to HT executive Mr Azim Ahmad.

I have not yet received the coupons. Even after repeated reminders by email and phone,
I have not got my coupons. HT neither issues me coupons nor refunds the money.
