My name is Rajiv kumar Sharma and I am serving in Indian Air Force. Presently I am posted to Air Force Station, Yeour, Thane (M.H.). Further, I have the honour to request your kind attention on the following few lines.

1. My mother in law has purchsed a Dress(Ladies suit) of worth Rs. 2880/- with the replacement guarentee from Fashionz Synergie , 43, Deepmandir, Navi Chawl, Teen batti, Bhiwandi, Thane, M.H. on 20/08/10. Soon after two days she went back to the shopkeeper and replaced the dress with two new dresses with the agreement of Shopkeeper. The new two dress were costing Rs. 1570/-. When she had asked for the balance amount of Rs. 1310/- for refund, the shopkeeper has denied and asked to buy some more cloths of Rs. 1310/- instead of refunding the money. He said that it's the local rule of my shop and i will not refund the money. The vat tin and CST No. of the shopkeeper is 27770682065 w.e.f. 18/11/2008.
It is, therefore you are requested to initiate the necessary action aginst the Shopkeeper for refunding the balance amount and to teach a lesson.Your early action on the above said matter will be highly solicited. Thanking you in anticipation.
