I have purchased WPKE05 KENT W/P GOLD + water purifier 1 no vide bill no. 038796 dated 4.7.2010 at 08:31:33 pm from M/s. Pai international Electronics Ltd, Bangalore for Rs. 2450/-.

As instructed and advised by Pai iternational staff, i have started using above water purifer and i have observed black grains when we filling the water. It is not at all removing the dirt and found that the filter is not working. We have complained the same to Pai international and they have not sent their personnel for repair or replacement till date. Kinldy note that since last two months it is lying as it is as it is not safe to use the water from this KENT made water purifier.

On request / order of the concerned agency i can present the complained equipment.

Hereby i also request the consumer forum to take action against this malpractice and get justice to me in this regard.
