Sir,
1. Please refer to the following no:
a) CABS Mumbai quoting no. DP/S/175852-R dt 30 Sep 2007.
b) CABS Mumbai quoting no. DP/S/6 CPC revision/175852-R dt 10 Sep 2009(Xerox copy enclosed for ready reference).
2. I have retired from Indian Navy on 30.09.2007 and maintaining my pension A/C in your bank since then.
3. As per existing ruling on the subjects refers above, I am suppose to get all my arrears difference of DCRG and new pension paid to me todate latest by March-2010.
4. Of late I am regretted to inform your highness that after waiting for a consideration period of more then two years,
5. I am really regretted and at much pain to tell you that in spite of all my request and efforts, I have not been paid my dues of DCRG difference of 2007 and arrears of pension though it is pertaining to maintain the months of Aug 2010 into my relevant A/C.
6. In view of the foregoing I here by request your highness to look into the matter your self and kindly oblige me in due course of time before I lose my interest & belief in Government banking in comparison to the civil banking which every citizen in India feels today.
