I had given Professional Couriers a parcel consisting a 4-cd pack to be delivered to Kolkata.They delivered the parcel but when the parcel was opened it was found that 2 of the CDs were missing.

On asking the authorities they only had to blame others for the same.

This parcel was actually a gift for my parent's 30th wedding aniversary, so you can understand the emotions attached to it.
