I have purchased Tata Indigo Xl Diesel Version from the Dealer Marvelous Motors , Kolhapur in October 2008.
I am facing the problem of Air Condition Compressor from 9142 Kms running of Car when my car was in warranty period of 18 months , the dealer even though by requesting him to change the A/c Compressor didint changed it and repaired the same a/c compressor from local mechanical, but the problem was not solved . We asked the dealer to return us the changed part but he refused by saying that part has been sent to Company for replacement.
After that again after 7000 kms from repair again the car was facing the same problem .
Now we are asking Dealer continuosly to solve my car problem permanently but they are refuging by giving silly answers.
The Dealer i.e. Marvellous Motors has also lost / damamged my many original spare parts whenever i have leaved the car for repairs .
Even after compalianing to Companys customer care we are not getting any positive reply .
We have lost our faith on Tata Motors group as they dont have compenant staff to handle customer queries nor their dealers provide best service to customers.
