i have purchase Samsung S3500 mobile,at RATLAM i have a problem in my mobile but when i went to the service centre(RATLAM) so they told me we cant give u service because your mobile is not showing searial no. but sir i have properly document like bill and box and my mobile is showing imei no. and i have bill of that handset and my mobile is under warrenty but sir if my mobile is not showing searial no.so what shall i do i didn't do any damage . So sir please give me solution for that as soon as possible
