I unfortunately purchased a Data Card on 30/12/09 by paying Rs. 3,500/- from Vriti Infotech, who is Reliance Agent.

Though all documents for verification were collected by Vriti staff (agent) till date my card is not activated.

I have made 100s of calls to Reliance help line as well as Vriti. Till date Viriti and Reliance are playing game and not activated the card. Today after visiting Reliance World I came to know they have given the same no -Reliance Net Card # 9320183859 to another customer also. IS THIS NOT FRAUD?

Pls suggest how can I get justice?

Dear Customer,

We had called on the MDN provided in the posting.But,unfortunately, the person who had received the call was not aware of any complaint & also was not aware who has posted it. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
