Pls help me on this issue, I Mr. Shankar K from Bangalore K. R. Puram (560048) located I parched Reliance Netconnect from “BRC Solutions” Mr. Khalil (9880581026) Bill # 401 Dated 29/06/2010 this a broadband+ as per him this devices speed should be 3.1 Mbps but from day one I am not gating same in for to him he told to spoke to Reliance customer care most of the time I spoke & I complaint # 134794914 they told by 4day’s this will resolve but still no one called me & problem still going with me
I am gating Speed only 15 to 20Kbs
I paid one month bill for the same Bill # 342496390910 Amount Rs.624.31 Receipt Number AM11849177 Date 8/8/2010 for this Due Date is 10/08/2010
One bill pending # 342591056006 Amount Rs. 936.45 due date 10/09/2010 in this old Previous amount also add
