Dear Sir/Ma'am

My name is Supriya Bhatt and I am a resident of Chandigarh.I have a Reliance 1x netconnect connection with customer number 9356924241.We got this connection in Feb 2010 and we had opted fro 40 hour day +40hour night plan whose monthly rental was Rs.400+taxes. But the connection was rental free with unlimited download fro first two months.

My complaint is regarding `recurring incorrect billings by Reliance world on one pretext or the other.

It all started when after two months got over I called up at their customer care and asked to confirm if I would be billed as per the plan that I had opted which is 40 rental.I was informed that in the records I have been given a 750 rental plan and billing will be as per that.I objected as it was not the plan that I had opted for.So I was told that the plan would be changed within 9 days to Rs 400 plan but I will be billed for those 9 days as per 750 plan.I again registered my protest as it wasn't my fault if their records were incorrectly updated.The manager told me that My problem would be resolved and I will be called back within 48 hours.That didn't happen and I had to call them again meanwhile I was billed again for Rs 1120.99 on 9th of May for one month that too as per 750 plan.After a lot of complaints and consistent follow ups the billing issue was resolved.

The recent billing was the last nail in the coffin of our relation with reliance networld.I have an online account through which I keep a track on my usage.As per my May usage, my day slot had finished but the day it finished we stopped using internet during day regularly.We used it only for approx 6 hours on two days and didn't use it during day hours at all after that. I checked on my account that it was showing my unbilled usage fro 786 rupees which was wrong as 6 hrs won't amount to that much. So I called up the customer service before bill could be generated.They told me that the issue would be sorted out but I was billed for Rs 1371.I again called and registered the issue but we were told that bill was correct.
we told them untill and unless the resetting is done we won't pay the bill.Meanwhile another bill was generated for July even though services had already been withdrawn after 30th of July.

Now they have been calling us to pay bill which is way too more than what it should have been.We had to face so many problems ever since we got this connection.They have the worst customer handling skills and provide incorrect information to fool their customers.So I wish to register a complaint against them and sue them in consumer court .Kindly register my complaint and guide me as to what needs to be done.
