resp sir,
On dated 14th of august 2010 ,I bought reliance netconnect from chandrapur's distributer at price 1720 (with 1 month unlimited free usage).I used it for 7 days and after words they disconnect it without notifing me and when i inquired they replied that your licence is expired as i know it before only i sent them with my pan card and validated licence twice but still they are saying the same that we didnt got it or it is not clear but true was that they misplaced my document that i sent them 2nd time.

So because of their mischief i m struggling from last 10 days and as a businessman i lost my lots of work.Now i have sent them with my original documents(pan card).

But point is that if my document was not clear than why for only cash money they sold me, they should check my document 1st before they sale any thing. And other thing is that there was free usage for 1 month which influence me to buy that product among them 12 days it was almost off and i dont know how many days it will be off further(so half of my discount i already lost).

So sir please consider my complaint as soon as possible and give me the fare result.
