i have recharge my reliance prepaid landline phone from rcom.co.in of rs. 501/- on 16th august but i have not got any amount in my account till now. when contacted the customer care(198), they are fully clueless about it, and told me to go to reliance web world when contacted web world they told me to contact customer care. i am totally pissed off between it. i have also forwarded a mail to customercare@relianceada.com but didnt got any answer till now. please tell me what to do.
