i purchased sony vaio laptop model no. VPCEB24EN a month ago. in between it has crashed 7 times.
Even after replacement of hard disk it crashed & they give me a replacement ,which again crashed in 5 days. i have to go 26 km from my hostel to vaio care for service, keeping my studys on stake still the net result is, i am without a laptop spending 40000 bugs on it. Its simply a case of mental hrassment and selling poor quality of products
