I bought a SONY VAIO laptop model:VPCEB24 EN/BI on 17/07/10 from Nehru palace,Delhi.Hard disk read problem occurred on 5/08/10 unexpectly.I discussed with customer care on that day only.He told me to submit the laptop on serice centre for checking.I submitted the laptop at Ghaziabad sony service centre on 7/08/10.They are not responding to my querry. They do not pick the phone which contact number given in job order.When i met them in Sony centre; they told me that my hard disk has been crashed & is to be replaced. They do not able repair it till now. I already lost my 100 GB personal data & having so many mental tensions for repairing it.
It seems Sony sells Low quality laptop in order to capture Indian market with competitive market price. I want to replace my laptop with new one. If any body suggests me how to tackle the issue, then let me know.
