Dear All,

I had bought TATA PHOTON whiz connection with a unlimited plan. My TATA photon number is 9227206214.
The price of the plan was 799 + taxes i.e Rs 872 per month. Company reduced the price of the same plan from 799 to 699 with an additional discount of Rs. 125 but company went on charging me more i.e. 799 + taxes i.e. Rs. 872 per month.

Recently I visited TATA shop as i wanted to buy TATA photon plus and wanted to know the schemes for the same.

The executive handed over me a pamphlet in which tarrif details were given for TATA photon plus.
On the reverse side of the same tarrifs for TATA photon whiz was given which I am using.
To my surprise the company had reduced the price for the same plan but they were still charging me more.
On calling TATA customer care, they refused to take my complain for the same.

I want to remove the tata photon whiz connection..

I am not using it from months , even though im getting bill..

whom to contact? I searched in the internet but i dint get any information..

please help me...
