This is to bring to your kind attention that we remitted subscription amount to Time Magazine vide DD No.305138 dated 19.04.2010 of SBT Thodupuzha Branch with letter No.76/10 for three years, before the expiry period of the previous subscription. So we get two copies of the magazine now.
So I request you to adjust the balance amount of the previous subscription to the new subscription and extent the expiry date within the limit of the total amount remitted by us and make necessary correction sin the mailing list so as to get one copy of the magazine.Please send us stamped receipt for the amount we paid.
