I am a consumer of IOCL and was using Indane gas from last 28 years through the gas agency "GAS O INDANE,Opp M Y Hospital Indore.I was totaly satisfied about their services.

IOCL taken a decision tht some new agency will now supply the gas in our area and all the connections?? are transfered to them. (We are not aware ,IOCL officiers statment that we have published in paper)

Now when there is no gas we approched the Gas o Indane and they refused to supply anf advised to contact M/s Major K K Indane, while contacted them they want 28 years old papers to be shown to them with two photpgraphs ,address proof etc.

Whether in independent India we have some choice that we are consulted and some time is given to us or we have to accept the way it comes to us.

My wife is lost her mental balance as she is cooking food at other place and always to be in arequesting tone.

I FEEL THAT CHOICE MUST BE ASKED TO CONSUMER AND SUFFICIENT TIME IS GIVEN FOR ANY CHANGE.
