Dear Sir,
I Mr.Gautam Sawant daily commuter of the western railway would like to intimate you that it is pathetic to find out such a mess on Khar Rd railway station .It's uncleaned & unhygenic since several days .

On dated 23/08/10 at about 6.15am when I came to board the train at khar Rd,the station once know among fellow commuters for its cleanliness to my surprise found so unlean ,I approached the station Master & he was the same person whom I complimented a month before for the neatness of the station ,on equiring he appologised and regreted that he was having no cleaning staff with him .

I request the railways to depute adequate staff for keeping the station clean.

I hope that everyone would aggree to have a neat & clean railways platforms for every commuter to feel comfortable to travel in train.
