I have purchased a BSNL landline and a dial-up internet connection at the Kadirur BSNL mela, telephone #2520115, consumer #8556636, on 23/12/09. I have disconnected the same and surrendered the instrument on 04/01/10 at Kadirur exchange and have given the respective in letter format to the Commercial officer, Talassery the day following the disconnection. disconnection date on the bill is showed as 28/01/10, which is wrong. My concern is, i keep on recieving bill amounts every month since the disconnection Please do the needful regarding this matter at the earliest
