I am consumer of TATA INDICOM PROTON PLUS data card. Last 8days I am not getting the band width of the same card. I complain there call center on Aug19,2010. They are committed me to send there engineer. But till date I had not received any kind service from TATA Indicom. I had follow up lot of time. I send them mail also Nodal Desk. But they are not agree to response.

It is not a problem of area wise , and particular system. This problem is showing in anywhere and any system.
I am really upset and losing my business. Now I like to withdraw that data card. But now they are not agree to return back my total billing amount.
