Dear Concern, Request you to pls look into this matter because my resi utility bill raised month on month continiosly unecessarly - Feb Bill Amt - 730 March 1330 and April-2120 I am trying to complain regarding this but no body pick up the phone . Request you help

Dear Sir / Madam,

In april, 2010 i received my electricity bill of March, Amount was Rs. 294/- and I deposited the amount through machine located at Bittan market. But when i get the bill of April, 2010 Rs. 294 of previous month was added and also penalty was of Rs.16, total bill was 1107/- because i have the receipt they agreed that the amount was deposited so they said that you can deposit Rs. 807/- and they will correct / update the error but I have to call the concerned authority to update it. I called him number of times and he said that he will update it.
But when i received my another bill of May the amount was not deducted from it and penalty has been increased to Rs.24/-
I want to say that when i have deposited the bill before the due date then why I should suffer.
Due to this, I am in tension and I have got the disease of Blood pressure at the age of 35 only. So, pl give me justice.
