I had ordered Eiroga E series mobile phone through indiatimes shopping website and i also made an advance payment through Demand draft of this product.

But to my surprise the mobile phone that these guys delivered me is Gild handset which is not what i ordered.

Eiroga E series is now showing as out of stock in website but it was getting ordered when i had placed online order for this phone.

The technical specifications of these two phones are totally different.

This is a clear breach of trust and breach of contract of sale.
I am totally dissatisfied with this company's policy of sending products other than what is ordered.

I feel sorry for myself when i see comments on complaints of indiatimes on GOOGLE.
If i would have seen those complaints before i would have never ordered anything from Indiatimes shopping
