i bought SE AIno(u10i) from Spice retail ltd,goregaon,mumbai for rs.21,600.after using it for 10 mnths,there was touchscreen problems.the touch didn't work at all.so on 2nd jan i gave my phone to the authorised service center at dynatronics enterprise at goregaon.there they kept the cell for 1 mnth without repairing saying parts have not arrived.so tired of waiting i went to another authorised service center at RT outsource,andheri where they made the jobsheet on 2nd or maybe 3rd feb.but till march i got the same reply from them (awaiting for parts). Now this time, i went to accel frontline (saki naka branch) at andheri on 3rd april another authorised service center.but till now i haven't got it repaired.they fake by telling me that the parts were damaged while coming by courier.the same reason was given by RT outsourcing.I can't believe instead of giving to atleast 3 authorised service center at different places and calling the tollfree number ample of time ....i'm not satisfied with the service.my phone was in warranty till 28th march 2011.but now it has expired.i have no clue whether i'll be able to use my phone again.when asked for replacing phone they said they can replace it only if the motherboard is damage or irreplaceable.pls help me if you can.
THis is the worst service any1 can get and i'm fed up.FU SE!!!!!
